WhoBoughtWho ("we," "us," or "our") operates whoboughtwho.com (the "Site"), a directory of business-acquisition marketplaces, brokers, and resources, alongside a public record of company acquisitions. This policy explains what information we collect from visitors and how we use it.

- Newsletter subscriptions. If you subscribe to WhoBoughtWho Weekly, your email address is collected and processed by our newsletter provider, Beehiiv, under its own privacy policy.

We use a single analytics cookie/local-storage flag set by Google Analytics, and only after you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site and reloading the page.
